The long-awaited announcement of the Home Information Pack “Go-Live” date has been confirmed by the ODPM as 1st June 2007.

As the property industry gears-up for the introduction of mandatory Home Information Packs, surveyors and newcomers to property inspection are approaching us in large numbers to learn to become a Licensed Home Inspector. This announcement provides us all with a definitive timescale for moving forward with confidence into this massive new marketplace.
