Becoming a Home Inspector – The Practical HCR Inspection and Report – Everything you need to know

This one day interactive workshop will guide you through the theories as well as the practicalities of inspecting and reporting in the context of the new Home Condition Report. The course is primarily aimed at experienced practitioners as well as those new entrants wishing to expand their knowledge of residential property. It concentrates on making sure that you can perform the fundamental requirements of the new HCR product, including assessment of Condition Ratings based upon a real example property.

Attendance on this course is highly recommended if you are beginning to build-up your evidence for the Diploma in Home Inspection. You can even choose to attend one of our courses on a Saturday if you have difficulty finding the time during normal working hours.
