The current version of the report may be downloaded from the official web site of the Home Inspectors Certification Board (www.thehicb.org.uk).
The report format is copyright at present, and cannot be used for the general public. When the research and development work on it is finalised it will become available via licensed Home Inspectors only. A licensed Home inspector is one who has attained the standards required and holds a valid Home Inspectors License.
